Passenger-centric timetable rescheduling: A user equilibrium approach

چکیده

Unexpected disruptions commonly occur in the railway network, causing delays, and extra cost for operators inconvenience passengers by missing their connection facing overcrowded trains. This paper presents a passenger-centric approach timetable rescheduling case of disruption. We study system which are free to choose itinerary compete over limited train capacity. explicitly model passengers’ decisions using choice model. propose multi-objective algorithmic solve problem. Service punctuality, operating cost, selected as objectives. Computational experiments performed on Swiss Dutch networks. The results demonstrate performance algorithm finding high-quality solutions computationally efficient manner.
